Digital Images

I prefer to provide images in a digital format due to the high cost to deliver physical prints and frames. Digital images can be provided in a number of different sizes and format:-

Low quality digital images for social media

Size – 600px long edge of image
Watermark – Cromlin Images logo across the bottom of the image
Cost – Free (although acknowledgement should be given to the Photographer)
Delivery – individuals can download images directly from Cromlin Images Facebook page

Medium Quality digital images for social media

Size – 1200px long edge of image
Watermark – None
Cost – £2.00 for first image
Delivery – Message Cromlin Images (Facebook or email) with details of images required immediately following an event – order price agreed and Download link provided

High Quality digital images for Printing (Personal Use)

Size – Best size available (minimum 3000px printable up to A3)
Watermark – None
Cost – £10.00 for first image, discount for multiply images from the same event
Delivery – Message Cromlin Images (Facebook or email) with details of images required immediately following an event – order price agreed and Download link provided

High Quality digital images for Printing (Commercial Use)

Size – Best size available (minimum 3000px printable up to A3)
Watermark – None
Cost – Individually priced based on usage
Delivery – Message Cromlin Images (Facebook or email) with details of your requirements

I currently use a professional print house based in England, who can deliver directly to my clients, helping to minimise the delivery costs. They can print images on a number of different mediums ranging from standard paper prints, photobooks, calendars, mugs, keyrings, mouse mats. etc.

The following costs are for common print sizes, but contact me directly with your specific requirements. As with the Digital Images there will be a discount for multiple images from the same event.

Prints on Fuji DPII Lustre and Glossy professional paper
Single Image on A4 or 12”*8” – £8.00 + postage
Single Image on A3 or 16”*12” – £12.00 + postage
Single Image on A2 or 24″*16″ – £24.00 + postage
Postage – £6.00 per order up to 20 prints (delivery normally 5-10 Working days)
Courier Delivery – £20.00 (2 Working Days)
Delivery costs maybe waved if order picked up directly from Hillsborough or by arrangement at an event.
Prints can be mounted or framed at cost price + 20%

Event Photography

Sporting Events

I normally attended at my own expense to expand my portfolio and provide images to sell to competitors, sponsors or supporters. Where possible I will be happy to provide the organisers of the event with a range of photos from my portfolio for their website gallery or for PR purposes, either free or at cost (although the photographer will retain copyright). If events organisers would like me to attend a specific event to take photographs for them, please contact me in advance to discuss your requirements.

Corporate Events

I charge £200 for the first two hours at the event (minimum charge) and £50/hr thereafter. This price includes a one-hour pre-event briefing to discuss requirements and up to 200 edited digital images. Travel and additional expenses will be charged at cost.
