Saturday saw the 500 Motor Racing Club of Irelands Spring meeting at Kirkistown featuring the SuperKart K-Plate event for the Weir Trophies. The pace was fast and furious with the majority of the Karts posing sub one minute lap times, with Aaron Newell posting the fasts lap of the day.
